Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at THE RITZ-CARLTON, MILLENIA SINGAPORE. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
  • Manage all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit.
  • Process check-outs, including resolving late and disputed charges.
  • Respond to guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
  • Provide guests with directions and information about the property and local areas of interest.
  • Run daily reports, identify special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
  • Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks.
  • Count bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and front office procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a hotel front office or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and customer service standards.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
