We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at THE RITZ-CARLTON, MILLENIA SINGAPORE. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
  • Manage guest payments, including processing room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit transactions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in and resolve any issues related to room readiness.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
  • Supply guests with directions and information on hotel amenities and local areas of interest.
  • Run daily reports on arrivals, departures, and special requests, and ensure accuracy of reports.
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
  • Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks, and count bank at the beginning and end of shift.
Requirements
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, and anticipate and address their service needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Front Office experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
