Customer Service Operations Manager

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to handle frontline operations at our workshop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive or mechanical engineering and at least 3 years of working experience.
This role involves managing all frontline operations in an efficient manner, meeting customer requirements, and achieving KPIs targets for up-selling programs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with the Workshop-in-charge, coordinating service operations, and managing WIP invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage frontline operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Meet customer requirements and principal standards
- Achieve KPIs targets for up-selling programs
- Liaise with Workshop-in-charge for smooth process flow
- Coordinate service operations with other franchises
- Manage WIP invoicing
- Achieve quality service and maintain good customer relations
- Attend to customer complaints and feedback
- Monitor KPIs targets for up-selling programs
- Assist in rolling out new programs to up-sell new products
- Oversee on-time delivery of repair vehicles
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
- Diploma or degree in automotive or mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a strong team player
- Valid Class 3 driving license
