Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Purpose
The Restaurant Supervisor will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure all restaurant operations are in line with company procedures, supervise team members, and ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
2. Supervise team members, provide coaching, and training to improve performance and achieve departmental objectives and targets.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as governmental laws and regulations.
4. Conduct daily checks on restaurant machinery and equipment to maintain smooth performance.
5. Promote a positive and high-energy work environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and smiling face.
4. Cooperative and self-giving team player.
5. Ability and willingness to perform under stress.
6. Positive and high energy level.
Physical Requirements of the Job
The Restaurant Supervisor may require:
1. Physical handling of products such as handling trays.
2. Covering different shifts and working during public holidays.
3. Stressful conditions.
4. Standing for long hours.
