Child and Family Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Child and Family Support Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing holistic support to children and families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with children and families to understand their unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Provide education and resources to promote positive parenting practices and family well-being.
- Facilitate connections to community resources and services to support children's development and success.
- Document and track progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for continued growth.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and families in a community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
