Job Title: Channel Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Channel Development Coordinator. This position is responsible for managing and growing our brand channel on social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, with experience in customer support and payment administration. They will be responsible for establishing a clear brand strategy and marketing plan using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.

  • Provide administrative support to live-streamers during their live shows, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute sales events, including special streams and events, to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Support end-to-end operations, logistics, and fulfillment for the brand channel.
  • Post and plan social media content, review live stream data, and create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and KPIs for the channel.
  • Reconcile delivery reports after live stream shows and source new merchants and live streamers to expand our network.
  • Manage merchant and streamer relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and perform other tasks assigned by the hiring manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

We require candidates with a minimum diploma/degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related fields. Retail experience is preferred, and intermediate Excel understanding and skill are required. The candidate must hold a driving license and be able to drive in overseas locations. Fluency in both Chinese and English is necessary, and willingness to travel overseas for live stream shows is essential.
