Job Overview
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department and be responsible for securing sales of automotive products such as lubricant oil and batteries for the Singapore market. This role involves performing marketing-related activities, including promoting automotive lubricant oil and battery products, planning and executing marketing programmes, and visiting workshops to continually prospect and qualify new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • To secure sales for new accounts of car and motorcycle workshops in the Singapore market.
  • To promote automotive lubricant oil and battery products through effective marketing strategies.
  • To plan and execute marketing programmes, including roadshows and trade fairs as required.
  • To assist in order planning and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • To visit workshops to continually prospect and qualify new customers for potential sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in any discipline is preferred.
  • Must have a sales network of automotive workshops/motorcycle workshops in the Singapore market.
  • Must possess a Class 3 driving licence (auto/manual).
  • Good negotiation skills with customers and results-oriented attributes are essential.
  • Ideal candidates with prior experience working in Motul, Liqui Moly, and Castrol companies selling lubricants are highly preferred.
