The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the procurement team and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best possible deals for the company.
  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor creation, inventory control, and purchase orders.
  • Review tender documentation and ensure compliance with necessary requirements.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the procurement process.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Business or Logistics.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm (5 days work week)
