Senior Business Development Lead

As a Senior Director with FTI Consulting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., you will play a leading role in driving business growth and developing new opportunities across Asia.
The position requires an experienced professional to lead the team in drafting scopes of work, managing engagement teams, and ensuring efficient execution of projects. You will be responsible for identifying new sources of information, researching tools, and approaches to achieve high quality and cost effectiveness.
Your responsibilities will also include promoting the company, identifying new clients, and generating revenue through marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining and expanding FTI's human source network and develop effective relationships between different business practices and offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex assignments throughout Asia, including writing and submitting proposals and reports, and supervising all services related to the assignment.
- Maintain and expand subject-matter expertise and deep knowledge of business-politics landscapes in Asia, particularly mainland China and Southeast Asia.
- Contribute to the maintenance and expansion of FTI's human source network.
- Proactively identify new sources of information, research tools, and approaches, as well as manage these resources to achieve high quality and cost effectiveness.
- Develop the business by promoting the company, identifying new clients, and generating revenue through marketing initiatives.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:- Minimum of 8-10 years investigative experience in business intelligence, investigative due diligence, and corporate investigations.
- A first or upper-second honors degree or higher, with evidence of continued professional or vocational learning.
- In-depth industry knowledge and investigation experience gained from a professional services environment.
- Excellent understanding of the complexities of economic, regulatory, political, and security matters and their effect on the business environment within Asia.
- Prior international work experience/travel or experience working as part of a global dispersed and diversified team is an advantage.
