**Job Description**

This role is designed to provide exceptional support services across various teams within the organization. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering on-site support, providing frontline concierge services, and managing daily operations of the gym.

The scope of work includes providing administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and upkeep of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations. You will also be responsible for providing logistics and AV support for events organized within the three primary locations when needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide on-site support to various teams within the organization
  • Provide on-site frontline concierge service
  • Manage the daily operations of the gym
  • Support with provision of office supplies and employee inducts through vending and parcel locker machines at the three primary locations when needed
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and upkeep of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations
  • Provide logistics and AV support for events organized within the three primary locations when needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong service excellence mindset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel)
  • Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
  • Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline

**Benefits:**
