We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Advocate. This role involves providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer interactions and ensure prompt communication.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management.
