Job Role Overview
A Customer Experience Advocate is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through resolution.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to offer precise information to customers.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale system to process transactions, ensuring accuracy in end-of-day cash handling and POS records.
- Create invoices and prepare accurate documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of products and services offered
