Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our retail experience, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through various aspects of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in creating their ID and navigating our mobile application.
  • Show customers how to effectively use the app and microsite.
  • Manage customer queries related to Q matic system, Sim Exchange & Router exchange transaction, and prepaid top-ups.
  • Address all other customer inquiries in a professional manner.

You will be working within a dynamic retail environment, covering any 5 days of the week between 11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm. This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
