Customer Experience Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Digital Ambassador to support and guide customers in creating their ID, downloading and setting up the App, and providing guidance on using the App.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to customers in creating their ID.
  • Assist customers in downloading and setting up the App.
  • Offer guidance on using the App, including changing of bill plans and activating eSIMs.
  • Support with SIMO CBP requests via the App or microsite.
  • Help customers navigate and use the microsite effectively.
  • Manage and assist with the Qmatic system for issuing queue numbers.
  • Respond to and assist with any other customer queries or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum N/O/A level
  • Able to commit 11am-8pm/ 12pm-9pm (any 5 days in the week, inclusive of weekend and PH)
