Job Summary:The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through timely and efficient handling of bookings, inquiries, and issues.
- Receive and process bookings promptly to meet customer expectations;
- Offer alternatives and convert information calls into sales opportunities or identify additional revenue streams;
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and consistent information on custom requirements, transit times, and pricing;
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently;
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction;
- Adhere to customer service procedures outlined in departmental manuals.
This position requires a results-driven individual who can multitask effectively, commit to delivering exceptional service, and demonstrate flexibility with shift and non-shift arrangements.
