Billing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Assistant to join our team at Active Manpower Resources Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage billing of services in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform data entry, printing, scanning, and filing of invoices
  • Liaise with Traffic Controllers to ensure Works Orders are processed correctly and submitted for billing promptly
  • Maintain a proper filing system for audit purposes
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor and Manager as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 'N' level or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Finance is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work overtime when required
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented
Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Overtime allowance will be given

Company transport provided. Reimbursement of taxi fare for overtime.
