Administrative and Billing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Billing Executive to join our team at Revocchem Industries PTE. LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify the completeness of job files received from Operations and ensure accurate billing information.
- Review customer billing requirements and confirm pricing, customer information, and job details for billing accuracy.
- Enter billing information into the MoneyWorks application and generate proforma invoices for Operations' review and endorsement.
- Address internal and external queries regarding billing disputes and initiate requests for full credit notes or rebills as necessary.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Ensure proper filing and categorization of documents and folders.
- Assist with the application and renewal of licenses and certifications.
- Perform other general HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to interact efficiently with internal and external parties.
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates tenacity and resilience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong reporting and analytical skills.
