Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Executive to join our team at Pathology and Clinical Laboratory Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, generating, and verifying tax invoices, as well as managing billing portfolios to ensure accuracy of billings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate tax invoices
  • Collect all necessary information to generate tax invoices
  • Process debit and credit notes
  • Issue invoices and send them to customers through various channels
  • Manage billing portfolios to ensure accuracy of billings
  • Maintain organized financial records of invoices and other billing documents
  • Handle customer enquiries pertaining to billing and work with customers to reconcile billing issues
  • Work with the accounts and other departments to assist customers in resolving disputes on bill charges
  • Report to department head on billing and daily activities

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance related field of study
  • 2-3 years of related finance/accounting work experience under a medical laboratory industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Good written communication skill, customer service, and multi-tasking

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm

Saturday: 8.30 am to 1.00 pm

Above schedule might change due to operational requirements.
