You will also be responsible for collating P file items and uploading them into EP files, as well as monitoring and administering contract renewals. Additionally, you will assist the HRBP team with end-to-end onboarding operations, onboarding items preparation and distribution, and coordination work in onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, people management, and communication skills, both written and oral. They should also be a good team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision, willing to learn, and take on new challenges. Process-oriented and able to multi-task, the successful candidate will be able to perform a variety of HR duties and support the HR team in day-to-day operations.
