- Design and deliver high-quality courses in FinTech at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in CCDS and NBS.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement to ensure students receive world-class teaching education.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their intellectual and professional growth.
- Participate in committee work, outreach, and engagement with industry partners.
- Facilitate and conduct all teaching assignments, including face-to-face and virtual delivery.
- Oversee and complete core course administrative tasks or duties.
- Conduct assessments, marking, and grade entries, provide feedback to students, and handle non-academic matters.
- Develop and update course materials and learning resources for course delivery and support students' learning.
- Provide regular course and student progress statistics for reporting, improvement of students' learning, and strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrate values and principles of professional conduct in all endeavors.
- Pursue impactful research in areas related to FinTech and collaborate with colleagues within the department and across the university.
