Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise food preparation and production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Exercise authority in recruitment, disciplinary actions, terminations, and performance evaluations of kitchen staff.
  • Train and guide team members on cooking techniques and proper use of kitchen equipment, ensuring adherence to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene protocols as outlined in our standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Strong culinary skills with comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen workstations.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable establishment.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with leadership capabilities.
  • A genuine passion for culinary arts and food.
