Job Title: Assistant/Restaurant Culinary Manager

At Fish & Co, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant/Restaurant Culinary Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires a strong culinary background, leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement menu planning, food cost management, and new product development strategies to meet business needs.
  • Supervise food preparation and production to maintain food quality standards and ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Train and develop culinary staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in cooking techniques and equipment usage.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership qualities, including effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Requirements:
  • Proven culinary skills and experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a track record of success in managing kitchen teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve high standards.
