Hotel Reservation Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is a key part of the hotel's overall strategy to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm and process incoming reservations according to established procedures.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all callers with a pleasant and polite manner following SOPs.
  • Input reservations received from online travel agencies (OTAs) into the in-house property management system (PMS).
  • Update details in the PMS for all bookings that are booked by the central reservations system.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be detail-focused and guest-oriented.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel reservations, customer service, and sales, with a proven track record of delivering results in a similar role.
