HR Operations Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and diligent individual to join our team as an HR Operations Specialist. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for processing monthly payroll using advanced software solutions.
You will also maintain HR systems, including leave records and employee files, manage work passes on the MOM portal, develop and prepare HR documents like offer letters and contracts, and provide accurate and timely HR reports for management.
In addition, you will oversee daily HR and administrative tasks, collaborate with government agencies (e.g. MOM) to ensure compliance, and support management with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:- Diploma or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven responsibility and teamwork.
