Startup Ecosystem Growth Specialist

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to drive the growth of the startup ecosystem. The successful candidate will engage with startups and partners to understand their developmental and growth needs, including access to capital, knowledge, talent, market, and collaboration opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for engaging with startups and partners, collating timely feedback from startups, identifying areas for potential intervention, conducting studies and landscape reports as needed, developing engagement plans with startups, expanding membership base under ACE.SG, maintaining good relationships with stakeholders and partners, creating opportunities for startup development and growth, and managing or participating in projects and undertaking assigned duties.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field, have 1-3 years' experience in a similar capacity, or be a fresh graduate with relevant skills, demonstrate obsessive attention to detail and strong work ethics, and possess domain knowledge of the startup scene, although passion for entrepreneurship and emerging technologies is essential.
