Incubation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Incubation Manager to join our team.

This role will oversee the incubation process, including office rental to startups and activities within Temasek Launchpad.

The successful candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in incubation activities, preferably in startup, incubator, or venture capital environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of incubation processes, including renting offices to startups and managing activities within Temasek Launchpad.
  • Leadership of teams to organize startup activities, including workshops, demo days, pitching sessions, marketing initiatives, and events.
  • Providing mentorship to startups.
  • Management of mentorship and incubation programs.
  • Collaboration with schools to identify emerging startups.
  • Management of social media for Temasek Launchpad.
  • Development and implementation of programs driving startup growth, including funding schemes.
  • Fostering relationships with external stakeholders to facilitate startup growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in incubation activities, preferably in startup, incubator, or venture capital environments.
  • Relevant qualifications in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, project management, business analytics, mentorship, or innovation.
  • Meticulous, independent, resourceful, and self-reliant individual.
  • Proactive, driven, and accountable with a strong sense of task ownership.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, nurturing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and Canva, with an eye for design and strong branding/marketing skills.
