Startup Support Specialist

As a key member of our fast-growing startup, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and supporting the founder in their daily operations.
- Administrative Operations:
- Manage office needs, vendors, and supplies.
- Assist with grant applications, paperwork, and compliance.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (scheduling, filing, coordination).
- People & Talent:
- Support recruitment (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination).
- Maintain HR records and employee documentation.
- Help shape company culture and team engagement activities.
- Founder Support:
- Act as a strategic partner on projects — research, prepare briefs, summarize findings.
- Track and follow up on action items across the business.
- Jump in where needed to unblock operations — no task too big or small.
- Organized, resourceful, and proactive — you see what needs to be done before being asked.
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
- Comfortable wearing many hats and switching gears quickly.
- Curious about startups and eager to learn how a business is built from the ground up.
- Previous experience in admin/ops/HR is a plus, but attitude matters more than CV.
- Be at the heart of building a dynamic and innovative startup.
- Work closely with the founder and leadership team.
- Exposure across multiple functions — operations, HR, strategy, fundraising.
- A culture that values initiative, creativity, and growth.
