  • Take ownership of centre operations, ensuring seamless management of student records, payments, and learning environments.
  • Become a trusted advisor to parents, handling inquiries in both English and Mandarin, and provide vital support to teachers.
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and customer experience, championing continuous growth and development.

What We're Looking For (Our Ideal Match):

  • A minimum of a Diploma and 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or operations role.
  • Essential: Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with our diverse community.
  • A natural problem-solver who is comfortable using technology to streamline tasks.
  • A people-person with a warm, professional demeanour and superb communication skills.
  • A proactive, organised mindset with a keen eye for detail.
