Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and be able to transform chemical and mechanical knowledge into daily operational excellence.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement improved processes through evaluation work procedures.
  • Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to investigate and resolve process-related issues.
  • Create standardized work procedures and provide training to relevant operators.
  • Maintain quality standards and address discrepancies as they arise.
  • Promote continuous cost reduction activities.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in Engineering (Chemical/EEE/Mechanical/Materials) or degree is required.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; no experience necessary.
  • Able to work effectively with peers from the same engineering batch/group.
  • Willingness to work overseas, with a potential 3-6 month training stint in China.
