Job Description:

The Operational Excellence Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and improving organizational processes and workflow, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of operational level processes, and communicating these processes clearly across all levels.

This role involves managing all operational functions, working closely with internal divisions and external customers to meet their requirements, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

The Operational Excellence Specialist will also oversee department managers and supervisors, review/approve operations employees, communicate customer issues, and devise ways of improving operational processes.

In addition, the Operational Excellence Specialist will provide weekly operation status reports to senior management and collaborate with the leadership team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems. Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
