Operational Excellence Specialist

At the forefront of our team, you will champion seamless Business Information delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. Your key responsibilities include:
- Optimizing operational efficiency to surpass targets and objectives.
- Meeting or exceeding service-level agreements on delivery turnaround time and quality.
- Streamlining order placement support with data suppliers/vendors for timely customer fulfillment.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information databases via various sources.
- Independently monitoring auto-buy/integration programs, resolving exceptions, and collaborating with technical teams.
- Providing regular feedback to management on system/process issues impacting delivery speed and quality.
- Initiating process improvements, suggesting automation, or formulating solutions to drive system enhancements.
- Supporting system enhancements for improved process/speed or quality of delivery during non-operational hours.
- Handling backup operational activities/duties as needed.
- Preparing and distributing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
