Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across global customer engagements, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of services.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize delivery speed and operational scalability.
  • Manage workflows and configurations in Professional Services information systems – including design, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Use NVIDIA's internal systems to search, manage, and update operational data.
  • Support end-to-end operational processes across global customer engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Professional Services operations or a similar role within a technology company.
  • Proven direct customer-facing experience.
  • Experience working with legal terms and negotiating with third-party contractors.
  • Strong capability in process ownership and improvement initiatives across operational teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native English).
