Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. As an expert in process improvement, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and quality across terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, reduce waste, and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess systems and implement performance-enhancing improvements.
  • Develop and apply CI methodologies while fostering a culture of operational excellence and employee engagement.
  • E nsure all initiatives comply with HSEQ standards and contribute to broader business goals through strategic alignment and change management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management from a reputable university.
  • At least 3-5 years of Oil/Petrochemicals working experience, with at least 2 years in operational excellence-related roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proficient in process mapping, root cause analysis, and change management.
