Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our organization as an Operational Excellence Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting process audits to ensure operational efficiency while also providing high-level administrative support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate processes that align with business requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess and improve internal processes and workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management, along with action plans for improvement.
  • Monitor ongoing processes to ensure continuous adherence to best practices and operational standards.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend and follow up on assigned projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in process auditing, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion in managing sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Previous experience working in a personal assistant capacity for senior executives.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific auditing standards or tools.
