Job Title: Operations Excellence Specialist

About the Role

This role is designed to support Business Service Excellence with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support during system transitions, including processing applications manually, conducting thorough document verification, and implementing new system features while maintaining service standards.
  • Oversight of systematic archival of documents from existing systems to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
  • Handling appeal cases and providing status updates to advisors on a regular basis, including managing case escalations, documenting appeals and resolutions, and preparing reports on case status and outcomes.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations management, customer service, or appeals handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex cases.
  • Excellent attention to detail and process documentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and database management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to handle sensitive stakeholder interactions.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
