Workplace Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Workplace Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the performance of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service partners, ensuring alignment with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all offices and technical spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management, with a proven track record of managing CAPEX and OPEX projects, including minor works and infrastructure upgrades. They will also have exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery and operational excellence.

In this role, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical facilities systems, including Electrical, Mechanical, and Building Monitoring and Control systems. You will also manage asset management, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management programs conducted by IFM vendors to ensure operational efficiency and equipment longevity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the performance of IFM service partners, ensuring alignment with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
  • Lead regional IFM technical programs, ensuring global alignment while addressing specific operational requirements of regional offices.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage and lead CAPEX and OPEX projects, including minor works, infrastructure upgrades, and mission-critical facility enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including Electrical, Mechanical, and Building Monitoring and Control systems.
  • Proficiency in project management and space planning software; AutoCAD proficiency is required.
