Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our production team as an Operational Excellence Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production process, including mixing, filling, and packaging of chemical products.
  • Ensure quality standards are met by monitoring process parameters and recording data on check sheets.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of the production area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using handheld equipment required for production operations.
  • Capable of operating NAV (ERP) systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
