Job Opportunity: Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational efficiency and safety across all departments and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards by conducting regular reviews, compiling incident statistics, identifying risk trends, and implementing improved safety practices.
  • Manage standards and certification by maintaining documentation, updating manuals, and supporting internal audits both onshore and onboard.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment with company objectives.
  • Contribute to the integration of safety and operational systems across departments to promote consistency and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
  • Interest in HSE and maritime operations with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to travel within the region, including Indonesia, Thailand, and other nearby countries.
