About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Sales Administrative Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place before order shipment. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are in place before order shipment.
  • Input orders into the system and track their status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as primary POC between sales team, clients & other departments.
  • Communicate client needs effectively to internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM system.
  • Provide administrative support to customers by offering product details, order status and delivery information.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and build positive relationships with clients.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the sales administration process and suggest improvements and efficiency & accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data management.
