Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships and ensuring the efficient execution of sales activities. You will assist in coordinating sales processes, handling customer inquiries, preparing sales documentation and providing administrative support to help meet sales objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
3. Prepare and deliver sales presentation and product demonstrations to potential clients.
4. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including preparing sales reports, sales/service proposals, presentations, contracts and other sales documentation.
5. Coordinate with clients and internal team to schedule meetings, demos, calls and follow-up, ensuring clear communication and efficient in handling of inquiries.
6. Monitor the sales pipelines, track progress and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
7. Respond to client inquiries, provide product/service information and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up.
9. Assist in preparing and distributing of weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports, tracking key activities and sales metrics.
10. Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends and industry developments to effectively support the team.
11. Provide operational support to the team by handling day-to-day administrative tasks and assisting in project coordination.
Requirements
1. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
2. At least 5 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably in IT services.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under tight timelines.
5. Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused attitude.
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
