Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled project scheduler to join our team. As a project scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the full-cycle project schedule across design, procurement, construction, and validation phases for pharmaceutical engineering projects.

This role requires you to ensure timely delivery while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive master schedules (Level 1–4) using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Integrate inputs from design, procurement, construction, and validation teams.
  • Sequence activities based on pharmaceutical process logic and workflows.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks of delay and support mitigation or recovery strategies. Additionally, you will manage milestone schedules, especially those tied to equipment installation and validation.

As a project scheduler, you will produce weekly/monthly progress reports and 3-week lookahead schedules. You will also present scheduling updates during internal and client meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
  • At least 5 years of scheduling experience, with 3+ years in pharmaceutical projects.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6; skilled in MS Project and Excel for schedule analytics.
  • Familiarity with GMP processes and cleanroom construction sequencing.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations (BCA, MOM, SCDF) and site safety standards.
  • Communication and collaboration skills; must be able to work on-site.
