Pharmaceutical Engineering Schedule Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Scheduler to manage and control the full-cycle project schedule, covering design, procurement, construction, and validation stages in a pharmaceutical engineering project.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Development:
- Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Coordinate inputs from design, procurement, construction, and validation teams.
- Sequence key activities based on pharmaceutical schedule logic and process flows.
- Progress Tracking & Control:
- Monitor critical paths and buffer time.
- Identify potential delays and support mitigation or recovery planning.
- Manage milestone schedules linked to equipment installation and validation.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and 3-week lookahead schedules.
- Provide scheduling input during project and client meetings.
- Support preparation of Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and claims.
- Risk Control & Coordination:
- Participate in project risk reviews, integrating schedule-related risks into the risk register.
- Work with construction, safety, and logistics teams to optimize sequencing.
- Validation Interface (if applicable):
- Coordinate with validation team to meet IQ/OQ readiness milestones.
