Billing Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Billing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing complex billing processes and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

  • Gain in-depth understanding of complex billing operations and customer transactions using our Order Management System (OMS).
  • Support and coordinate closely with the Customer Service Department in billing aspects for invoice generation using our in-house OMS system.
  • Ensure all billing activities are well coordinated to meet customers' requirements.
  • Meet all billing timelines, especially month-end closing.
  • Promptly bill invoices and update Sales Order Analysis (SOA) regularly.
  • Handle invoicing and filing of confidential documents.
  • Liaise with Accounts Department on finance matters such as year-end audit.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet job requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in OMS systems and ability to manage complex billing processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
