**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Works closely with Production and Project Management department for collating of billing documents/information with supervision from senior team members
- Supports in collating cost and information from subcontractors to draw up cost summaries of vessels assigned as well as on-site inspection of works and provides details of work description and price
- Generates budgetary cost for invoking payment terms and liaises with customers in obtaining bank guarantees and post-dated cheques prior to vessels departure, if required
- Responsible for preparing Work Done Certificates and ensures that these are signed by designated Owners team members/vessel staff to authenticate the actual work carried out onboard vessel as required during negotiation of invoice, under the supervision of senior Billing team members
- Responsible for collection of payment, ensuring prompt follow up action and invoking call to action on overdue payment, soliciting legal team for support, when required
- Responsible for negotiations with customers on contractual issues that affects billing until it reaches consensus, with supervision from senior team members
- Assists in collaborating with project personnels to incorporate any additional jobs into project invoices to be submitted to owners, with supervision from senior team members
- Provides support in the detailed listing of VO and costing of variation orders based on estimated pricing, labour, subcontractor, material, to maximise margin/profitability of project, involving Estimation and/or senior team members for complex cases
- Collates billing information, ensuring billing traceability and control to enable the preparation of billing and sales reports, with supervision from senior team members
- Provides assistance in preparation of weekly in-progress project performance on sales forecasting, cost projections and contribution margin computation
- Collates data for review in ‘post billing refit analysis’ upon Repairs & Upgrades’ vessels completion

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree/ Diploma in Naval Architecture/ Marine and Offshore / Electrical Engineering, Certificate of Competency (Marine Engineer Officer) Class 1 (Motorship), or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills and able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
