We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Officer to join our team in Singapore on an 8-month maternity cover contract. This role will provide commercial and contractual support to our Civil Aerospace customers across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, service delivery commitments, and business objectives.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Customer Business, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams, as well as external airline customers, to manage commercial agreements, resolve queries, and ensure smooth contract execution.

Key Accountabilities

Support the management and execution of Civil Aerospace long-term service agreements (e.g., TotalCare and CorporateCare contracts) for airline customers in the region. Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including service delivery, performance reporting, and financial invoicing requirements. Review, interpret, and provide guidance on contractual terms to internal stakeholders. Manage commercial communications with customers, including responding to enquiries, clarifying contract positions, and resolving disputes in collaboration with legal and commercial leadership. Prepare and issue contract amendments, variations, and other formal documentation as required. Work with Finance and Customer Business teams to track revenue, invoicing, and
