Singapore PELAGUS 3D PTE. LTD. Full time

We are looking for Chief Commercial Officer to join our company.

**Who are you**:
You are specifically tasked with fulfilling the vision to disrupt the supply chain for marine and offshore spare parts, being responsible for driving commercial growth for Pelagus 3D. Together with technology partners, Pelagus 3D will be building a quality assured platform for digital inventory and on-demand ordering and manufacturing of spare parts using additive manufacturing (“industrial 3D printing”) - nearly eliminating all the expenses and time constraints associated with traditional supply chain and part production.

The Chief Commercial Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and is part of the management team. Working closely with the entire ecosystem including technology partners, regulators and customers as well as key stakeholders in the wider thyssenkrupp and Wilhelmsen organisation.

**Required experience and skills**:

- Minimum master’s degree in engineering, Business, or other similar discipline.
- More than 10 years’ experience in international organisations preferable with experience working in business development and digital/corporate ventures.
- Domain or technical experience and understanding in relevant industries.
- Commercial orientation and personal drive.
- Able to work collaboratively with domestic and international stakeholders and counterparts.
- Ambition and strong desire to succeed in developing/growing the business with Digital offerings.

**What you will be doing**:

- Oversee the objectives and implementation of all commercial strategies.
- Build strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth (OEMs, shipping companies, etc.)
- Establish credibility throughout the customer and partner network.
- Deliver strategic and operative leadership for the Customer Success team.
- Business Development and Marketing team in pursuit of the company’s overall business goals.
- Build a high performing commercial team to execute end to end sales including outreach, pitching, getting alignment, negotiation, closing deals and implementation.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company.
- Develop and manage sales & marketing operating budgets and sales strategies across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth.
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
