Billing & Settlement Officer/ Senior Officer/ Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager

**_Setup/ Prepare/ Send customer invoices for various utilities _**mainly electricity
- **_Troubleshoot and resolving billing and credit control issues _**:
- **_Prepare, review and resolve monthly and daily settlement _**:
- **_Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all bills and settlements _**:
- **_Collaborate closely with different internal departments _**to ensure high accuracy of customer information and **_coach Junior Officers _**( **Senior role**)
- **_Liaise with external vendors _**and resolve any issues ( **Senior role**)
- **_Assist with process and system improvements and implementations _**( **Senior role**)
- **_Prepare customer/ internal financial or billing related reports _**as required
**Minimum Requirements**
- Local Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Finance/ Accountancy/ IT or other relevant fields
- **_Min 5 years related working experience _**/ **_Min 2 years supervisory experience _**for **Senior roles**:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- **_Proficiency in Microsoft Office _**especially _MS Excel _
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlinesExcellent inter-personal skills, problem solving skills and a team player
