Strategic Business Development Manager for Premier Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Premier Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and prospecting new customers, developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers, and contributing to the growth and profitability of our Premier Banking business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships
- Conduct financial analysis and provide market updates to customers to support their financial goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience
We are looking for a talented individual with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the banking and financial services industry. You should have a recognised university degree, CMFAS certification (M1, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI), and sound knowledge of banking products and services.
You should also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a drive to succeed and achieve sales quotas and revenue targets.
