Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all enquiries about payroll related matters, assisting in paperwork for new employees, managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.">
  • They will also be responsible for calculating payable hours, overtime, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions. Additionally, they will maintain employee records and coordinate with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.">
  • The Compensation and Benefits Coordinator will also provide assistance in Leave Management and perform all other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
