Job Title: Key Account Manager - Business Growth
DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our business growth efforts. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- IDentify and engage potential partners to expand our network and brand presence.
- Pitch company products and services tailored to partner needs.
- Initiate and manage co-marketing initiatives with partners, including digital campaigns, joint promotions, events, and sponsorships.
- Track industry trends, analyze market data, and monitor competitor partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Work closely with internal marketing and sales teams.
- Prepare proposals, partnership decks, and other presentation materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all partner-led initiatives.
- Track and report performance metrics.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships.
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and self-motivation skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.
